§1. General provisions

1. The organizer of the "Summer 2026" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is "ARCHE" S.A. based in Konstancin-Jeziorna (05-520), ul. Mirkowska 45A, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000831001, NIP: 821-16-39-335, REGON: 710021277, share capital: PLN 2,982,300.00 (fully paid), BDO number: 000078804, having the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of the Act of March 8, 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions (hereinafter: "Organizer").
2. The promotion applies to the following Arche Collection properties:

3. The promotion is intended for individual guests making bookings for private purposes.
4. The promotion is conducted under the terms specified in these Regulations.

§2. Participation conditions and promotion rules

1. The promotion is valid from June 26, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
2. Only new reservations made during the promotion period are eligible.
3. Reservations must be made directly:

a) via the website of the selected property,

b) by phone,

c) by email.

4. A condition for using the Promotion is making a reservation for a minimum of 3 consecutive overnight stays at one of the properties listed in §1 section 2.
5. Under the Promotion, the Guest receives a 50% discount from the current price of the stay valid on the day of reservation.
6. The promotion is subject to room availability at the selected property and stay date.
7. The promotion cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, loyalty discounts, discount codes, or stay packages.
8. The promotion does not cover reservations made before its start date.

§3. Cancellation and changes in reservation

1. Cancellation or reservation change rules are defined by the reservation conditions applicable at the given property.
2. In case of cancellation by the Guest, any refund will be made according to the cancellation policy applicable to the selected offer and property.
3. If the stay is shortened to less than 3 nights, the Guest loses the right to the promotion discount, and the stay price will be recalculated according to the current standard rate.

§4. Complaints

1. All complaints regarding the implementation of the Promotion must be reported directly to the property where the reservation was made.
2. Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations and procedures in force at the given property.

§5. Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion early or change its conditions for important reasons, respecting the acquired rights of persons who made reservations before the changes were introduced.
2. The promotion is not a game of chance, promotional lottery, or contest within the meaning of applicable law.
3. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Regulations.
4. The Regulations are available on the websites of participating properties and at their reception desks.
5. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law and internal regulations of individual properties shall apply.
6. The Regulations come into force on June 26, 2026, and are valid until the promotion ends.
